Dr. Pfeifer and her entire team prioritize the safety and health of our patients, staff, and community. As you know, all elective procedures have been temporarily put on hold in the tri-state area. This includes New York City. This is necessary to preserve vitally important resources, including face masks, for hospitals dealing with COVID-19 (coronavirus disease 2019). As a physician in private practice, Dr. Pfeifer has answered Governor Cuomo's call for volunteers and has volunteered. Pfeifer Aesthetic Plastic Surgery has also answered the call for ventilator donations.

At this time Dr. Pfeifer is seeing only recent surgical patients in the office if necessary. She is there by herself, to minimize your exposure and to comply with the Governor Cuomo’s “essential personnel” only order. We ask that you refrain from bringing nonessential visitors or children with you on your visit.

Rest assured, we are exceeding all recommended cleaning and disinfecting protocols for our office.

• Respond to your email and phone calls.
• Perform post-surgery follow-up visits virtually or in person, as necessary.
• Conduct virtual consultations for those planning procedures in the future.
• Work to delay non-essential appointments and reschedule as soon as possible.
