After analyzing your skin, Dr. Pfeifer will recommend products that are specifically compatible with your skin type and will maximize the results you obtain from your skin care products. You are spending money on these products and we want results. Issues such as hyperpigmentation, sun damage, wrinkles and dull skin can all be addressed whether you or oily or dry, even in patients with very sensitive skin. Our office carries several lines of skin care products so that each patient will have the particular product that suits your skin.
After your evaluation, you will receive a skin care guide which outlines the skin care routine you should follow, lists the products we suggest, and includes website addresses where you can purchase products we recommend but do not stock. We offer prescription regimens for patients who require more intense treatment. Each of us should be eating a diet high in anti-oxidants to improve our skin health, avoid excessive sun exposure and wear SPF at all times of the year.

With PRESCRIBEDsolutions, Dr. Pfeifer can use her specialized knowledge of anti-aging to customize your skin care product regimen. During a consultation, she examines your skin to determine your specific needs. With the right products and additives, she creates a truly customized skin care solution. Over time, your regimen can be adjusted to adapt to changes.
Tensage
The Tensage skin care line employs unique technology for skin repair. It's called SCA Biorepair, which stands for Secretion of the Cryptomphalus Aspersa (a snail that is not harmed during product manufacturing). This mix of special proteins can help regenerate tissue and help prevent age-related breakdown of the skin.
Luzern
Pure cosmeceuticals from Luzern laboratories use active ingredients in a prescription strength formula. Sunforgettables by Colorescience
Colorescience Sunforgettable SPF 50 is a very lightweight mineral powder made with zinc oxide and titanium dioxide. Our patients love its "barely-there" feeling and the fact that it provides both UVA and UVB protection. It is safe, non-irritating, and easy to apply and reapply throughout the day.
MDSolar Science
MDSolar Science mineral screen lotion contains 7.7 percent titanium dioxide and 3.8 percent zinc oxide. It is smooth, rapidly-absorbed and light enough to apply every day. The SPF 40 broad spectrum sunscreen is an excellent daily UV moisturizer.
Heliocare
Heliocare inhibits the formation of sunburn cells, thereby protecting the skin structure from sun damage. Originally developed for people with Vitiligo, Heliocare offers a daily defense system against photodamage.
