From the moment I called the office to schedule the appointment, I felt comfortable, stress-free and confident that I was with an office that was qualified to provide the services that I needed. The office staff was so welcoming and Dr. Pfeifer made the consultation very informative with suggestions and full descriptions for all procedures.

This place is the the best ever! I'm very satisfied with everybody and everything in the office! She is the best doctor and the best team that I could imagine. Dr. Tracy Pfeifer is a great plastic surgeon. She is a star. She knows everything. I had had two procedures with her to my great satisfaction. My face lift lasted for more than 11 years. My boob reduction was brilliant. I am a patient of Dr. Pfeifer for life—a fan.

Dr. T. Pfeifer is wonderful to talk to and explain what look I'm interested in. She spends a lot of time with me, and I don't feel rushed—very important! I haven't done my procedure yet, but I'm hoping it's a good one!

The communication with my surgeon and her staff was incredible—I felt very taken care of. I could call them day or night on their cell phones if I had to. In addition to the amazing reputation and credentials of the surgeon, I was also happy to discover that everyone involved in the practice was warm and sincere and it felt very much like a family. I am so incredibly happy with my results, and the overall experience.

I did develop an infection after my drains were removed (about a week after surgery) but I did fully understand beforehand that this was a possibility/risk. My surgeon and her team were beyond helpful, supportive, took amazing care of me, saw me after hours at the last minute, were available to me 24/7 for any questions I had or just to calm my nerves. I was extremely impressed with the level of care and attention I received and I was fine a few days later. I felt incredibly lucky to be in the hands of my surgeon and her team. Infections can happen, but how a doctor deals with it and takes care of you afterwards is what matters and I was so happy I had chosen the right surgeon!
